I have been to many hotel bars. What sets this one apart is the servers. Elsie and Lauren are absolutely top notch. Friendly yet professional, fast but not rushed. Just an added reason to stay at the Ritz when In Cleveland
First time eating here and it was pretty good. I ordered the ribeye steak, brocolini, and mashed potatoes. The drinks were super potent and service was good.
Business lunch today at the Ritz Carlton's Turn Bar & Kitchen. Great upscale yet casual business lunch environment. Thoroughly enjoyed my Grouper sandwich wrapped in a pita.

Place has nice design I would rate it 5 but drinks and food -1. We got flatbread which was impossible to eat because it was so dry and had no flavor. Soup was really spicy. I dont recommend this place to anyone!
Went for breakfast because I stayed at the hotel. Service was below average - the hostess seemed annoyed to sit me and the waiter got my order wrong to his credit, he fixed it. Food is fine - but overpriced for what you get. I don't recommend it.
Haven't been in a while but when I did I loved it. It was late, the full menu wasn't available. But ELC asked Chef Williams if he would mind making me the trout and he said of course he wouldn't mind. I loved the food and the service. I'm definitely going back every time I come to Cleveland...
Really enjoyed this restaurant, particularly the casual easy going staff. Food was solid, and reasonably priced
