Always a fun bunch of friends here. Music.....well. You just need to show up on a Jam Night. It is amazing talent. Food is good too!
Great prices, nice crowd. It just so happened that a talented R&B singer was on stage when I visited. However, according to the regulars, the entertainment was not what you could usually expect at Cebars. Overall, cool divey place.

Neighborhood tavern great prices
Great local neighborhood Tavern. Serve food and also on Thursday nights they have a great Blues Band.
They support local musicians, BUT had no social distancing measures indoors and neither bartender was wearing a mask. Instead, they were hanging at the bar, talking loudly with customers who also weren't wearing masks. Place really isn't very clean, either.
