Turkey Point Camp

Great campsite, but unfortunately we went on a time where ticks were an issue so that prevented us from hiking and exploring! The bathrooms were disgusting ! There was poop on the ground, so the whole weekend I didn't use their washrooms ..

My wife and kids went here for four days and three nights with a travel trailer. Sites are spacious but not very leveled, NOTE: You will need an extension cord power supply is not close by any means. And there is no water hook up. fire pit was a great size. Lots of sceeters but that's camping in the woods for you. Played music though the day but not loud and the night and had no issues. Noticed one night the park people driving through more often then usual in the night, not sure if its normal or maybe something happened/complained i still had my tunes on low. Wood was 7 something bucks a bag, regular size bags enough for maybe 3 to 4 hours if you chop them up good. Beach was beautiful, food joints overpriced for what it is. Overall we all had a great time no trouble or problems. I would recommend to family's. Happy Camping!

If this place was a bonfire treat - I would gobble it up! Excellent - well kept facilities.

I dislike giving bad reviews but to warn others do not camp here if you intend to stay up past 11 with friends. They will be there at 11:01 to write you a $180 ticket with no warning.
