Tumwater Bakery & Pizza

Wife and I stopped in to share a sandwich for lunch, and it was decent. We had the Grinder. Not the best sandwich ever, but a really nice sauce on the sandwich, with fresh bread and veggies. Friendly staff, quick service, about $18 for 1 sandwich and a soft drink, so not the cheapest sandwich around. Was not busy at all, around 12:30 pm, on a Thursday. Not bad but not my first choice.

Nice place with a wonderful view of the snowy streets. At least when I went. I liked their pizza oven and loved the pizza. The wings were good as well. I tried this new beernew to me. I wanted a dark beer and there was none on the tap. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste but this is not my preference of flavor in beer.

My sister and I shared a croissant which was buttery, flaky and airily delightful. I had the avocado toast add poached egg and salmon. Absolutely delicious and the right amount of food to start our day. The coffee was good too, although sugar free options are limited. I would come back here. I come here as often as I can. Recently, I got the bagel and lox and it was so colorful and delicious. We've learned our family of four loves their cinnamon rolls so much that two is not enough to share even though they are massive. My personal favorite is the chocolate cake--it's exactly how a chocolate cake should be in my opinion! My kid's favorite is the sausage pizza. The staff is all really great too!

This place is a littke bit away from the main Street but not too far. It was a very pleasant experience. Chocolate cake was huge and very enjoyable. Most prices were reasonable but cheesecake price was a bit steep. Lattes were nice. Friendly service. Will visit again if in that area.

Best pizza I've had in a long time. Crust was crunchy and chewy. Quality ingredients. Sauce and crust was perfectly salted. Just what I like in a thin crust NY style pizza.

If you don't have enough reasons to visit Leavenworth then you should add having one of the best pizza I ever had. Visited Leavenworth, WA this past weekend. While out strolling the streets we wanted decided to eat at Tumwater. Service was great, food was delicious and the environment was comfortable. We had pizza which was really good. Also had some wings. The wings were ok. Liked the sauce.

Quite a cute bakery in the middle of town. There are a good number of vegetarian options available like pizza and sandwiches. Food quality and taste isn't outstanding but the ambience and vibe are really nice for lunch.Food: 4/5

The homely feeling at this family run restaurant on a hot day was absolutely lovely, uh-mazingly light and airy pizza, nice ice cold water, the wonderful warm welcome by the people working at this slice of heaven has definitely made me decide to revisit on my next trip to Leavenworth. We ordered a Goat Pizza perfect for a vegetarian like me, we got it in 6 slices and although a group of 3 like mine were not very hungry to begin with, we still scarfed it down in under 10 minutes because of how good the pizza was.
