What a fantastic tea and spices store! Been twice to Leavenworth and ended up purchasing something from this store both times. Showcasing a nice collection of spices to smell and purchase, they also have a array of super unique green, black, oolong, white, herbal tea options. I love their Golden Apple Spice Sencha, Kashmiri Chai. Also, never had Chocolate Banana Bread in a Tea before! They also have a bunch of interesting Spiceology products at the back.
My favorite place to go for loose leaf tea. They have such a wide assortment that changes now and then for new flavors. One of my favorite places to go and one of the only reasons we stop by Leavenworth. Their spices are nice as well with specialty salts and blends. But I mostly go for the tea.
Magnificent tea shop with great product and selection However, due to the worst perceived bias customer service today will not be returning. The older woman with the short bobbed hair and Patagonia vest helped two other people before us, we asked for help and she seemed annoyed. After our purchase we did thank her, all three of us, and she deliberately ignored us. We all said it at different times, stood there. She never offered help while she offered it to others And she made suggestions to them vs ignoring us the While time we were in the store. I know every has a bad day, but she should REALLY be cautious with perception and those she helped looked like and my group did not...
I absolutely love this store. The spices are yummy and I stock up on tea once or twice a year here. Great quality and prices for loose leafs and satchels such as Harney and Son tea, I often find varieties I can't find elsewhere. The staff are always super wonderful. This is always a stop of mine through the pass.
I always hit up this shop when I come up to Leavenworth. It's by far one of my fave tea places!
Just ordered online of my fave pineapple upside down cake and some new to try. Super fast ship and the Carrot Cake....highly recommend !
I come from Seattle every so often to Leavenworth specifically to get tea from Cup and Kettle. Their prices are beyond unbeatable and their customer service each and every visit is amazing. As an avid loose leaf tea drinker, their selection of teas, from your run of the mill types to some rather interesting flavors are immense. Highly recommend checking this place out!

I LOVE Cup and Kettle! Happened into their store on a visit to Leavenworth last year and bought some tea. They have a great variety of delicious teas! Months later, I ordered a wide array of teas and some rubs for family Christmas gifts. Everyone loved them! The staff was friendly and easy to work with over the phone and the shipping was super quick! Only suggestion would be to possibly add online ordering for the future, but great customer service overall!
Walked in here to window shop...walked out with the most yummy spices and freshest tea I've ever had. I was indecisive at first so the owner gave me a free sample to try later. 2 months later. I'm ordering from them online because I can't get tea this fresh anywhere else. Super fast shipping and great customer service.
