I had the best experience buying from these guys. They are highly recommended from a bunch of people I know so I figured I would give them a try. They listened to my needs and took care of me. I got everything I wanted and they made the price right too. I have never been treated so good from used car dealers before. I am 100% percent going to buy another vehicle from them. I will recommend them to anybody I know. The owner Aaron is a standup guy and he stands behind his vehicles.
The owner treated me like garbage. The car i bought had a minor vibration so before i bought it i had them look over everything again to make sure it was ok. They said it was great for a vehicle with that many miles on it. I bought the car, and the vibration got worse and worse so i took it to a ford dealership to look at it. Turned out the motor mount on the drivers side was basically gone. Cost me a bunch of money for them to fix it. So i went back to the guys i bought the car from just to let them know they dropped the ball on such a big thing. I said i didnt want money or a refund or reimbursed for the work. Then the owner freaked out at me and all he had to say was hes not refunding me and i should have brought my problem to them not someone else and hes not going to pay for the up marked price of someone elses work. But i never one time said anything about a refund or anything. I didnt go back there for money i just wanted to let them know what they missed so they were aware so it didnt happen again. And then after he blew up on me he said i needed to bring the car to them to be worked on from now on so they could do it at cost for parts insted of me paying for someone elses over priced parts. Im never going there again. If they missed that when i asked them the first time, im not going to have them do more bad work on my car. They lost my business.
My husband and I just bought our vehicle here all the salesman are very polite and easy going. They really worked with us on our trade and down-payment. They gave us top dollar for our trade. I will definitely go back in and buy here again.
I bought a 2003 Toyota Tundra V8 and it was exactly what they said it was. It has been verified by mechanics many times that the vehicle is a gem. Well taken care of and I feel like they need to be acknowledged for speaking the truth. Not all car dealerships are capable of that these days.
They have promised to pay for my transmission since it went out less than a month after I purchased it. That was almost a year ago. I called back and they said they would get back in touch with me and I haven't heard anything. I am now not able to pass emissions with my transmission the way it is. I am giving them 2 stars instead of one because I know one of the employees was on medical leave and they may be why they got back to me so late. However, it being almost a year is a bit ridiculous.
It felt as though they were trying to force me to buy. The dealer and the finance guy were not very professional I gave them 2400 down and told them that's all I had and if it wouldn't work than we couldn't make a deal. They ended up making the deal and are still harassing me saying I owe them more money I will never go here again nor will I send anyone I know here
These people owe us $500. They told us to give them $500 for deposit just incase we got approved. We did not sign anything. After a day we chnged our minds nd sked for our money back. They did not give us our money back. Since feb 2016. They said theyd give us cll but nope they didnt. We keep going but they refused. I still hve their receipt. I dont recommend this dealer for anyone. I men if this is how they deal.
After 5 hours of my family's wasted time, gas and mileage on my own car driving up there, after talking to salesperson. Found out that the SUV advertised and talked about was no where to be found. Guess they were figuring on a bait and switch.
I bought a truck from there and it needed $1,700 worth of front end work and the passenger seat belt did not work I keep calling them they keep messing around with me so I would report them to
