We went in thinking the deal was never going to be possible from a horrible experience at a previous dealership. Nick Gibbons at Roy Robinson took the time to give us all our options and was never pushy. We ended up getting the brand new car that we wanted and can afford. Nick even took the time to make sure we knew how everything worked with the vehicle as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, On-Star and etc. Thank you for being personable, professional, and the seamless experience! Bought a new Chevy 1500 from Roy Robinson and couldn't be more pleased. Brian was our salesman and he made the experience fun and even though we were there for several hours negotiating it was an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend finding Brian while you're there, he's high energy will make the whole process of buying a new car fun. All of the staff was friendly, attentive, and stayed until past closing to get our deal done without making us feel like we needed to speed things along. The next day we had to follow up on a couple of items and receptions as well as service/parts department staff were courteous and knowledgable. 5/5, will definitely be back for our next car and would recommend all departments at Roy Robinson.

Nick Gibbons was awesome. He went out of his way to get the deal done. Even after we left and thought about it he even came back in after he had gone home to work with us and get the deal done. Definitely impressed his dedication for customer satisfaction. Will definitely be going straight to him for future purchases thanks Nick G.

Nick Gibbons was amazing! We had our two young children with us and he was so patient and kind to them. All while helping us get more money for our trade in! We LOVE our Chrysler town and travel van, and can not say anything bad about the vehicle or our service during the process. We were still finishing up paperwork even as they were closed and they didn't rush us in any way. They took time to detail the van before we left and answered any questions we had to ensure our satisfaction before leaving. Truly a perfect experience. Thank you! -The Fulmer Family.
