Tudor Glen Smile Clinic

My family of four went in for dental services here and they did an adequate job while there, but it is the aftermath that is of great concern to me. To be honest I found the reception to be impolite and disrespectful towards me before we even had our appointments, but I am a kind person so I tried to not let this bug me. Once we had paid for everything and tried to submit it through our benefits we began to have issues. We only got a fraction of what we are entitled to due to a vague receipt that was given to us. I have called and emailed numerous times wanting to get a more detailed receipt that includes procedure codes for our services. Though I was verbally told I would be provided with this there has been no follow through on such a simple request. I can only surmise that something shady is going on at this office and I have zero trust in their integrity whatsoever. I hope they are happy knowing that our family only got a small fraction back of what my benefits would cover because they could not be bothered to provide a proper receipt. They were informed that I would be following up with online reviews and would be contacting the Alberta Dental Association if I did not hear back. I cannot help but be very suspicious of what is going on there when an action as simple as providing a receipt is all that I am requesting. I am very disappointed in this place and I sincerely encourage others needing dental services to look elsewhere.

Fantastic front staff, very friendly. The hygienist and dentist made it as pleasant experience as humanly possible. Would highly recommend.

Excellent experience! I know that not many people look forward going to the dentist but I can honesty say that I have enjoyed every visit. Everyone from the front of the house staff to Dr. Croutze and his support staff are always more than accomadating to my needs. 5/5 would have my teeth cleaned again!
