Absolutely amazing staff, great office for the whole family. Quiet, welcoming space, always greeted with a smile! They first saw my daughter on very short notice. Same day! Next, they saw my son and were so patient and great with him. Most recently, I saw them for a broken tooth on short notice again same day AGAIN! They helped ensure I was calm and communicated wonderfully throughout everything. Completely exceeded my expectations for dentist visits!
Came in for a free consultation back in January, after waiting for my insurance to start I got the work done at Gateway Village Dental. This is my first job that had dental benefits so I didn't know the process at all- everyone here made sure I knew exactly how much I was covered for and how much I should expect to pay the day off my appointment! Everyone there is awesome and friendly and made the whole experience very pleasant. Was in and out in an hour and they all took extra steps to make sure I was comfortable throughout the fillings I had done. Also I love their hours of operation, didn't need to book a day off and the fillings I needed were reasonably priced. Definitely coming back for cleanings and checkups in the future! Highly recommend new patients to this great office! The Staff and Dr. Jensen have done a fantastic job of transitioning to their clinic easily, and professionally! I’m a pretty nervous patient, and they have gone out of their way to reassure me, patiently answer all my endless questions, accommodate my schedule, and make me feel SO much better about my dental situation. So glad I became a patient here!
Had a dental emergency and Gateway Village Dental not only got me in to see them within 2hrs but also made the experience as stress free as they possibly could. You can tell the dentist and assistants love their job. I will be advising family and friends to use them for their regular dental care!!
This was my second visit to this dental place since I moved to St Albert. They took me in as a new client and did fillings a month ago and today I had my teeth cleaned. Very positive experience with no discomfort I had at other clinics. I highly recommend this place.
I’m so happy with this dentist. Today was my first visit here. This is my girlfriend’s dentist and she made me get an appointment because I been in pain for 2 weeks and my dentist couldn’t get me in for a month. Long story short they took good care of me and did 3 different procedures in 1 session. They did an unbelievable good job and i recommend this place to everyone!! Thank you
I visited Gateway dental clinic with great pain and I am really glad to visit this place as they took utmost care and eased my pain in minutes. i am really thankful and appreciate all the services rendered to me. I would definitely recommend this clinic for their service and care.
Broke my front tooth on Easter Sunday and left a message for them.for an appointment. They called me back the same day even though they were closed. Had me in the next open business and the staff were great. Had no pain during or after and tooth feels great. Great job
Awesome service! Getting ready to go on vacation and had a tooth break. I knew they were not open today till 1pm but took a chance and called them this morning anyway. I got an answer. I told them my story and was given an appointment for this afternoon. Dr Nirupa Jensen and staff got me fixed up in no time. The tooth is back in one piece and feels great! Thank you for being so accomodating!
Love this dental office. I was really impressed with how quickly everything was done. The dental impressions for my mouth guard were accomplished with minimal gagging and I was in and out of the office within 20 minutes.
