Lovely tavern in Acton. Enjoyed the atmosphere, service and drinks. Thank you Brianna and Kal Kyle. Looking forward to coming back as it's so close to work! They have seasonal cocktails and beer selections. The wings were SO GOOD as well as the soft pretzels and fried pickles. Yum! Our group also enjoyed the chicken dip and nachos.
Really cool spot in Acton MA. I have to say the beer was really good particularly the West Ruckus! Great taste and nice punch! Place has great space with a sprawling bar as well as some outdoor seating! What’s awesome about this place is that if you and someone in your party is not all about craft beers they have a full cocktails menu! That’s quite rare for a brewery so definitely worth the stop if you are traveling through Interstate 495 or Route 2! Extensive menu with lots to choose. I personally was not super hungry and was there for the brews but did order their Famous Tater Tots and they were very good. Server raves about the burgers and the fried pickles. Looking forward to coming back soon!
Had high hopes for our meal but unfortunately was underwhelmed. Cole slaw lacked flavor. Portion was huge. Fish tacos were okay. Need more sauce for amount of fish. House burger was good but nothing outstanding. Sweet potato fries were best part of meal minus the frozen one. Over all price wasn't worth what we ordered.
A welcoming atmosphere with fun a fun micropub vibe. Rotating beers on tap, including selections from other breweries. They also have good cocktails and solid food. I'll be back.
Great beer they are a brewery and wine selection. I have sampled both. There is an interesting cocktail selection and I have heard that the bartenders are good I have not tried any. An outstanding gluten free selection. Ample parking. Great service. And outdoor seating!! I will be back!!
The atmosphere is awesome with the solar brewery theme. The bar was very unique and a fun layout. The servers were nice when they were around. The flights were affordable prices, and beer selection was amazing. The food presentation was alright with an alright amount of prepping the food. Would go again, just for the beer.Food: 3/5
The brewery is very nice and open. I like that there was kinda of a spilt between the bar and a few dining tables. The beer and cocktail we had were very tasty. But the food was very underwhelming and bland. Originally came from north of Boston to get to try a new beer place and also the macaroni and cheese flight for beer week but there was no indication on their Facebook it started at dinner time. Figured it was available all day. Already here so ordered off the menu, I had beef on weck and my husband had the burger. Both sandwiches per the menu had strong flavors on each sandwich were listed but not notable on the actual sandwich. I also found it weird they don’t seem to clear plates until you leave. Would go back for drinks, no food.
We go there quite frequently, and are always happy. The beers are excellent, the food is good quality pub food that always hits the spot, and the service is great. It's a place that has yet to disappoint. Only wish I had is that the wonderful backroom/porch were open during the week.Food: 5/5
Wanted to like this place and while we had a delightful time spending it in the company of our friends, overall our experience was not good. We waited almost 30 minutes from when we were seated for our reservations before our waitress came to take our drink order. We waited another 20 minutes before our waitress came back, realizing she had forgotten our drinks! When we finally were able to order food just about everything but the very basics were available. One of us ordered chicken.wings and another 30 minutes after we placed the order we were informed there were no more wings! The sparse food we got in the end was soggy, watery and pretty bland...not worth the hassle or wait. Our beers when we got them were tasty for sure. Times are hard and service is hard to find nowadays but for the limited time we can afford to go out this would not be our choice again.
The waitress was very nice. We will definitely try it again. The fish in the fish and chips was excellent but the batter was very oily. I wish I had paper napkin to soak some of it up. The short rib was very good.Food: 4/5
