This place has gone downhill. Went in today. No spinach, as they said it is"too expensive". Yea, my sub is expensive too. No fountain pop. The lettuce slimy and black pieces. The bread tastes old. The cold cuts do not look like the usual subway stuff, all folded up weird and tastes different. The owner seems to be cutting corners and leaving the employees to explain. This location use to be great. Now I will be driving to Guelph.
I think management changed. I would always order a chicken salad… and loved it. The past two Friday’s have been horrible. The new staff needs more training. They have no customer service skills and my salad was quite small. One tomato, two small pieces of cucumber and very little lettuce. If this doesn’t change shortly I’ll need to find another place to buy my salad.
Ever since the new ownership this place has been horrible. The old staff had much better service. Ownership changes doesnt mean that the whole staff changes too. I wonder why they fired around 5-6 of the best working staff members to exchange them for a worse customer service experience. Most likely because the owner wants to cut corners on the cost just like how they aren’t buying spinach anymore since ownership changed in a review I saw below.
Worst experience I’d ever had at a subway. The staff was so beyond rude no customer service at all it was completely empty and they rushed us through and gave us attitude even though they had 2 hours before closing. I will not go back to this location after this, how sad that another store in this town has gone completely downhill.
Nice, clean and modern designed subway. Fast and friendly service, they didn't have pizza sauce for the sub at the time so i went with one of their new subs and it tasted great.Food: 4/5

Very rude staff during the day. 4 girls and they are all whispering to each other in their language and laughing. Very very rude and unprofessional Do better
Awhile ago I went into subway with my family to get lunch and had the most uncomfortable experience. there were 3 staff and what seemed to be the owner. The owner was extremely rude while taking our orders and kept barking orders at her team to go faster and to clean things. Keep in mind this is lunch rush where things sometimes get a little messy and they were all going a great speed from where I was standing. It looked like she had no respect for her staff and hope things change in the future for her employees.
I am more disappointed in your trainer today than i am in the young man trying his best to learn. She let him drown and did nothing to improve the customer experience. She bypassed us and helped the next customer and "showed off" making 5 complete meals and never assisted with our first. We left when it became clear that at best our food would be cold and more likely we would spend more than the 15 minutes we already had and still leave without complete meals. We arrived during an off peak time and if the foot traffic was too busy for this employee she should have directed him to assist in other ways such as filling the empty station. She could not give the other employee the time of day or her complete attention when he earnestly asked for assistance. I came in for an easy quick meal and left hungry. She had the audacity to wish me a good day after ruining it. I won't be returning to this location.
