I needed the roof done on 2 bungalows. When I was discussing the job with companies, True North was serious about wanting the work. They were not aggressive or in any way unpleasant, but they were attentive and thorough in feeding back to me what they'd do and what they'd use and why, etc. They did the job exactly as they said. They subcontracted out the eaves troughs but those guys were good, too. True North had already briefed them on a few custom things I needed and they confirmed with me and did a good job of everything. I noticed an issue about a month later where 2 downspout pieces had become disconnected. I called True North who put their contractor in touch with me. I said it wasn't an emergency but would be nice to get it out of the way within the next couple of weeks. It was done within a week and both the contractor and True North called me to confirm. The reason only 4 starts is that the site clean up was not perfect. It was pretty good, though, so nothing to worry about. I'd have given 4.5 stars if it was an option. Based on my experience, I am pleased to recommend True North Exteriors.

You can't ask for better service or quality from theses guys. Great experience from picking out roofing to the actual job. The crew was extremely knowledgeable and profesional and I highly recommend them for anyone shopping for exterior work.

TRUE NORTH EXTERIORS recently replaced the shingles on our house & garage. Their workmanship far exceeded our expectations. The workers where polite, conscientious, efficient and conducted an impressive cleaned up. We where as well extremely impressed with sales/manager Mathieu Chausse' who explained any questions we had and over saw the job from start to finish. It's employees like this that enhance True North Exteriors reputation. Their price was competitive. We would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in replacing their shingles.
