Cosy Insulation & Roofing

I'm happy to provide a recommendation for Cosy Insulation & Roofing (Cosy). I first hired Cosy to insulate my house and garage last summer. Their manager Mike even went out of his way to find a drywaller to install drywall in my garage. I was so impressed with Cosy, their work, and their employees that it was an easy decision for me to hire them again to replace my roof shingles this summer. Mike did a great job recommending shingles that went well with other colour tones on my house. I haven't experienced any problems with any of these projects. I haven't had any surprises in the cost of completion, the scope of the work, or the finished product. The projects have always been completed on a timely basis. Cosy performs quality work and stands by their work; they have good supervision who have in-depth knowledge of construction work. Cosy employees perform quality, professional work, and are pleasant to deal with. I have no hesitation in using Cosy again and recommending them to others.

Had my attic insulated from R8 to R50 and low-slope roof redone immediately after. Their guys were professional with good communication. Pricing was very competitive, particularly with the combination discount and the government rebate for the insulation.

We recently bought our first home which was a foreclosure in desperate need of a new roof. It also had a case of mild attic rain and needed insulation work done. Since we are new to home ownership we wanted to go with not only a reputable company but one with reasonable prices. Cosy insulation exceeded our expectations by far. Mike came and did the initial inspection and is the one who quoted us over the phone. The quote that he gave us was exactly what we paid and I don't think we could have gotten a better price. They were able to do the work right away (2 weeks after the inspection) and within 2 days everything was done. The crew arrived on time and got straight to work. They started at 9:00am and were finished by 5:00pm both days. They cleaned everything up as if they were never there. The roof looks incredible! It looks like a completely different house and my insulation is now R50. The work came with a 50 year warranty! We got hit by a massive wind storm a month after my work was done with winds up to 125 km/h. Not only did the shingles stay put but Mike personally called me the next day to ask how they held up. The kind of service we received is very hard to find. Our neighbour liked the work they did so much they got their roof done next! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work and outstanding service at a more than reasonable price. Thankyou Cosy!

Cosy Insulation is an amazing company. We really appreciated their professionalism and care for the repair of our mom's roof. Her new shingles were installed quickly and expertly. Our family highly recommends Cosy Insulation.
