I'm been a client of Dave's for a few months now.  I initially started going to True Health Unlimited shortly after I recovered from a knee injury.  I was having trouble getting back into shape and I couldn't stay motivated.    Dave really turned things around for me.  During the initial consultation, he took the time to get to know me, my goals, my eating habits, and past injuries.  He does a great job coming up with a workout program catering to your needs and goals.  Every time I go to my appointments, Dave already has a workout plan typed up and ready to go. With him, you can choose to have the same workout every time, have him change things up every appointment, tell him a specific workout you want to do one day, or tweak a workout if you have an injury.  He's very flexible when it comes to what you want to do on a particular day.  He's also great when it comes to working with people who don't have a set schedule.  I can make an appointment on a Tuesday morning one week, and have my next one on a Wednesday afternoon.  Ultimately, I've had a great experience at True Health Unlimited and I'm in the best shape I've been in a long time.  Dave is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about his clients.  He is not only a great trainer, but a great person as well.

My wife and I started training at True Health Unlimited last year and we couldn't be happier. We both have learned more about health and fitness than we ever have. Dave takes the time to teach you correct form and monitors your techniques to provide feedback and help you gain the most out of your workout. He tailors workouts to your individual needs and will even design an exercise routine that you can follow when you're training on your own.

He also provides nutritional guidance with helpful books and workbooks that he authored himself. He is a wealth of nutritional and fitness knowledge with answers to pretty much any question. I think anyone would find True Health Unlimited an excellent value considering how much you'll learn about living a healthier life!

I have been a client for almost 4 years and it's the best thing I ever did for myself.  For me, I hate going to a gym and if left to my own devices, I won't exercise.  But now I find myself in the autumn of my life and I can no longer procrastinate.  I found myself worrying about osteo, something many women get later in life.  I knew that would mean weight training, but I also knew I didn't know enough about it.  That's where Dave comes in.  He's my inspiration.  I've lost weight and toned.  No matter what, I don't miss my sessions.

I've worked with Dave from the first days of his studio. He focuses in on my specific needs as each year brings new challenges. At age 64 I know I am in the best shape ever, thanks to his individualized program. My weekly workout with him is an important part of my wellness routine.
