Able Hands Chiropractic

Dr. Jamie is the best chiropractor! I've been to so many in CT and she is by far the best!! From the moment I walked in I felt like I had known her for years, she is so easy to talk to, and makes you feel very comfortable. Caitryn, the massage therapist is also amazing! I can't say a bad thing about Able Hands!

Dr. Jaime is AMAZING! She always has a smile on her face and is the kind of person you feel like you've been friends with forever. I was very impressed at the amount time she took to discuss my back pain and what treatments I had received in the past. Every time I go in for an adjustment she asks how i've been feeling since my last appointment what worked, what is still bothering me. She is extremely attentive to the issues and what different methods she should use to fix them. I went in with a daily pain/discomfort level of 7 and after a few months of diligent work and stretches I am now pain free. I sleep so much better and wake up feeling rested and ready for the day with my 2 kids. I am much more flexible and can actually jog without excessive pain. She realized my right leg was shorter than my left which is why my sacrum would never stay in place so, she told me to wear one sandle around the house and get a lift inside my sneaker when I go for walks. This little change has completely changed my everyday life for the better! I feel more stable and even when i'm walking or jogging. Not having to constantly worry about if my back pain is going to ruin my day with my kids has reduced my stress level and made me a more happy and active mother. That alone is something I could never say thank you enough to Dr. Jaime for, she really REALLY does everything she can during appointments to make sure you walk out feeling much better than you did when you walked in. My advice, DON'T WAIT, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TODAY!
