I have noticed here and heard particular negative feedback concerning this recycler mostly concerning complications with returns/exchanges. Despite my neutral experience, I will leave a five-star review because it appears they may have addressed issues with their return policy. Although I had heard of a return fee, they promptly waived it without hesitation. I acknowledge that my review might have been different otherwise.nnInitially, I was disappointed to have to remove the part from my car unnecessarily.nnIn summary, the part was falling apart at a crucial area, noticed only when about mount. Consequently, I had to disassemble my car unnecessarily.nnRegarding the refund policy, I promptly contacted them as the part's condition rendered it unsuitable for installation. Although I had gathered evidence of the parts' condition and comparison with my original car part, the seller did not require proof. This experience made me realize that purchasing a used part for this specific part may not have been the best choice, prompting me to order a brand new one.nnThey issued a full refund promptly upon my return of the part. This leaves me neutral regarding them, compared to some other client reviews. However, their acceptance of a full refund without any issues or hassle reassures me about future purchases. I am now more comfortable considering them for future needs, without fear of being ripped off unlike some other clients may feel.nnWill for sure go back and see them for another part if need be.nnCustomer service was 5 Stars with me.
