Called for emergency service on a Sunday in March after 5 year old gas furnace purchased from this company malfunctioned. TRS sent service technition as requested, only to tell us he didn't have the part required on his truck and would be back the next day....... 215.00 charge for confirmation we didn't have heat, wich was fairly obvious.Technition would not go to the shop to go get replacement part until the next day. I would not recommend this company for service.
