The work that Nick and Ben provided to me by reinstalling my wood stove was much appreciated. Changing the hearth took significant effort and they completed the task without damaging my floor. Great workout!

Ben and Nick were prompt, polite and effective. They also went above and beyond cleaning the glass in/out prior to reinstall.

We had a great experience dealing with Dan, we called about an issues we were having with our new fire place, Dan not only fixed the issue quickly but also pointed out a few other things that needed to be done, all of these issues were covered under warranty and we didn't pay a penny out of pocket. We couldn't have been more impressed.

They come into our house witch took forever and they never fixed the problem charged us hundreds of dollars and we still have no heat so not only do we have huge bills from them we have huge hydro bills to heat the house. So I would never recommend them.

Courteous and professional in their conduct. Brought their own drop cloths and cleaned up after. Fireplace installation completed in the alotted time. Instruction was carefully given for operation and safety.
