Had this place 5 or 6 times, smoothies were always pretty good until the last one but food was sub par at best, guess you can't really expect good food from a smoothie place though. However the last time I went there, I was drinking my smoothie when some unidentified slimey mass of grossness shot through my straw and into my mouth. I immediately spit it into the trash and then proceeded to throw out the rest of my $8 smoothie. Won't be back.
OMG!!!! If you have not been to Tropical Smoothie, you MUST!! THIS is my FAVORITE eatery after Chipotle for faster food genre. The smoothies are always fresh, and taste sooo good. They have vegetarian options plant based chicken, example for many of their entres. Flat breads/sandwiches etc...a jewel of a place for eating healthier. A great choice over the usual fast food joints. They also have a great rewards program app for when you order, you can usually get something in return. Check them out! New one on Loudon road in the Starbucks plaza next to Shaw's.
I've always enjoyed this spot for work lunches. During summer it gets busy so there may be a wait, but I always order on the app and when I arrive, it's ready. I never have to wait more than 5m. As with anything, check your order before you go-They've always accommodated me when minor things happen i.e forgot the side. Far better than other fast options you have on Loudon and the lovely older lady with glasses and brown hair is my favorite worker! Edit- the one in Manchester is not my favorite location.. Concord is my go to FOR sure.
Manager isn’t friendly with staff. Kids working there are high school and college ages. Need flexibility. Spy’s on them with store cameras. Can’t accept 2 week notices. Other reviews comment on poor quality and high staff turnover. IT’s management…
The owners are very passive aggressive. Don’t try to work here if you’re a grown person with real life problems because robots are expected. The foods good but I can’t even support these people in any way any longer which is heartbreaking. They literally listened to lies made by a bitter 23 year old who probably won’t even last. I literally would have been loyal forever. Namaste
Veggie wrap is pretty good. Could be constructed a little better so you get all the ingredients in more bites. The smoothies are my favorite here. Good ingredients and an even better price.
Man the smoothies are amazing! We hadn't visited one for years as there wasn't one in town. Honestly even the food taste great. The location is a little out of the way but it's worth the stop in.
Tropical Smoothie Cafe is awesome! The store is beautiful, the staff are wonderful and professional, and the smoothie was delicious!! Highly recommend.
Our smoothies were ok. THE SERVICE AWFUL. Not only did we have to wait 18 minutes for 2 smoothies but people sitting at table had beverages delivered 15 minutes after food order arrived.. another customer got her food without her beverages also....I actually had to ask ETA for our beverages. Staff was runnig around like idiots apparently to busy and unorganized with take out orders to wait on those of us who actually took the time to go in to store...you will NEVER make it with such poor service!!! Stick to GREEN LEAF on Main St. Always a great experience!!!
I love going here for lunch, in fact I go just about every day. Which is why I am so sad to say that after lunch yesterday, I became extremely sick with food poisoning. Upon a little bit of research, tropical smoothie has a history of poisoning people. Please be careful!
