Just reduced my rating from a 4 star to a 2 star. Mid-day Saturday order, barely anything between the stale bun. Whatever toppings that did make it were all on the wrapper. When the owner is there things are done right but when it's the kids running the shop.

Young staff but handled them selfs very well and mature

Clean store with nice employees and fast service

A star for each slice of turkey that was on my 6" turkey sub.

Very disturbed when I entered the store around 2 pm on 6/25 and saw a female employee preparing sandwiches without a mask. Although a co-worker and kitchen helper had face coverings, it was enough for me to leave and go elsewhere.

I walked in to get chips and the guy behind me came in without a mask, no one said anything. I think the girl working tonight knows him, they were laughing at me. If your gonna laugh at me atleast do it with a mask on so I don’t get covid. Thanks.

I would steer clear of this location! They do not participate in any national promotions, like $5 footlongs. I recommend going to Mentor Avenue location or the one in downtown Painesville!
