I recently visited Tropical Smoothie and was blown away by the quality of their smoothies! The staff, including the lovely Becky, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Becky's warm smile and positive energy made my experience at the shop even better. The atmosphere was bright and cheerful, creating the perfect environment for a refreshing and healthy drink. The selection of smoothies was extensive and catered to all taste buds. Overall, I highly recommend Tropical Smoothing for anyone looking for a healthy and delicious drink. The friendly staff, great atmosphere, and tasty smoothies make it a must-visit spot in Wyoming, Michigan. And a special shoutout to Becky for making my visit extra special!
Beckie the manager was very rude to me and did not make me feel welcomed in Tropical Smoothie on 28th in Wyoming. I've been a customer for years and this was the first time I've had rude/bad service. I will not spend my money here again without an apology.
Don’t come here unless you want the worker to call the police on you and your friend for buying a smoothie and then parking in the parking lot to drink it right after. At least I got $7 back from her to make it up to us for trying to get us thrown into the slammer.

I usually always mobile order my smoothie/orders here because my biggest complaint is how SLLLLOOOW the drive through service is! With or without a line! Mobile order and it's ready in 3 to 7 mins TOPS! OTHER than that I'd say this location is pretty solid in all other aspects! Kid-friendliness: It's totally kid friendly Parking: Parking is weird at this particar location, as is the drive thru location etc it's actually terrible and I've seen may accidents and close calls because of it actually!
Even though they gave the wrong smoothie, was a great flavor, I think this place is the best options for this hot summer.
This staff is amazing!! Let's just set aside the perfect food and beverage that they deliver every time without fail! So perfect, every time! And focus on the Customer Service!! Wow! What that team does is superhuman! Thank you management for training and maintaining such a great team! Your demeanor under pressure which is like constant here, every time I go there is a line in and out, this is because they're so awesome, not slow!, y'all hold your own and get the job done! And you never forget to smile, even if it's after you get out of your extreme focus on your job. Thank you! Love you guys!
Their healthy fruit juices nasty and too sour. They don't sweetened their drinks and food not worth the money.
Friendly, happy staff. Clean tables. Quality food. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Club without tomatoes and it was cooked perfectly. Highly recommend
