Got a sub with uncooked bacon. Called and the girl rudely informs my partner and I that it’s smoked and doesn’t need to be cooked. Don’t go here. Unprofessional and rude. Also incorrect food, messed up order and disgusting food.
third time ordering delivery, twice now the food has been delivered incomplete and without phone call before hand. we will then call up and be told they didn't have stuff for the order. Why not just cancel the order with a phone call. This place is rude and unhelpful. I would rate 0 if possible.
Passing through. Food was good and customer service was excellent, served by Tom who was super friendly
Ok establishment. Went around 6pm Saturday, it was busy but service was slow due to only one attendant working. The ingredients no longer have labels like they did in the past.Food: 4/5
Worst service I have ever had, the rudest staff, I asked for a bag for the two subs and she threw it at me. The female staff member stared aggressively at me the entire transaction. They Ran out of everything, tomato, cheese, bread all at 1pm lunch time rush hour. Will never go back there
Lack of customer service apparent, balled up my wrap like they were going to use it as a baseball, 10 minutes to get a wrap and footlong, then had to repeat order about 3 times.
Very disappointed. Order incorrect almost every SINGLE time. To many times I’ve paid for a curtain subway and it is actually made in a much less expensive way which means money is lost on my behalf and I don’t have what we ordered at all. Not once but 5+ times. Plus the many times we’ve ordered online and it has not been “noticed” so we have to wait more time which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time. I’m not going to be going to the Wyoming subway anymore as it’s a waste of time and money. I can understand getting it wrong once or twice but not 5+ times. Seriously. Tonight confirmed we won’t be trying to buy from you anymore. Train your staff better or fire them. It’s frustrating! Ps. I tried to call and give feedback and let them know this continually is happening and the best thing she could respond with was, “yup, alright. Well is there anything else you’d like to say”. No sorry or compensations. What a way to feel ripped off and not taken seriously.
Ran out of many salad items. Also seen that when they bake bread, the bottom sticks to the tray, which they openly discussed in front of customers and how it was ok as it could still be used. A whole layer had come off which would have made the bread harder to hold. Also the lady spilt all sauce out of the sub she had just made but still wrapped up for the customer. Really rubbish

It is Sunday morning 8:15. Both your website and the sign on the door state that you open at 8 am. There is a worker in the shop putting the salad bowls in the servery indicating that the shop is not open. She won't come to the door. I was going to have Subway for breakfast as I'm on my way to work a 10 hour shift today. Not happy !
