Always have the product I am looking for in stock. Great friendly staff that greet you by name and are alway willing to help with your hot tub and pool inquiries. When the time comes for a gas fireplace I will definitely be coming here to purchase a Valor. Installed one in my last house and loved it.

New to Prince George our first visit to Tropical set in motion the purchase of our first hot tub. Amanda was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a no pressure sales approach we found very appealing. We did shop around but found ourselves returning to Tropical and we haven't looked back. We picked a tub, and booked a date for install. Phil had us set up in no time, and answered all questions we had. Return visits for product or to get water tested have yielded that consistent customer orientated sales approach. Very satisfied, and would highly recommend them. We love our tub (and so do our friends, lol). Kerry & Garnet Maclean

Worst service in PG, owner told us to "Go up the street" and we did, got such great service that we sold our Beachcomber and upgraded to a Jacuzzi (much better hot tub) at Eden Spas. The service at Eden Spas is excellent and far superior, they treat their customers with respect. Never looked back! Will never step foot back in Tropical Pool and Spa again and will never refer anyone there!

We use our Beachcomber hot tub almost every night. It is great family time with our three young children!
