I have been going to this spa for many years. Unfortunately, they have declined in their customer service in the last two years.  I had a massage appointment today and they called me 30 minutes prior to cancel. This has happened on my last two visits. Hannah claimed that she left me a voicemail but I only had missed calls. She didn’t apologize or offer discounted services for my inconvenience. The same has been true on my previous cancellations. I recognize there is a shortage of good labor and cancellations happen but I don’t believe it is acceptable to not offer an apology or offer a discount.  I will no longer be using this spa.

My services were decent but not worth the price I paid. The facility is clean but the only special thing that was offered to me was lemon water. My moms scheduled services were switched with mine and she wasn't able to get the hydro facial she wanted because they thought she was the pregnant one. My appointments were late. When we got to the mani pedi, I specifically asked for someone to do dip nails for her one month prior and the person didn't know how to do it. So she was not able to get that done either. I wanted this to be a relaxing experience with my mom while I am pregnant and it was a mess. I will never come back to this place nor will I ever recommend it.  I would have rather booked the services with the facilities I usually go to and drive to each one. It feels disgusting that I even spent this much money on this experience.

The beautician Ellyn Knox service at A Moment's Peace was professional, and she is personable she made my experience enjoyable. And she also took the time to listen to all my hair concerns, thanks Ellyn. Also, the staff at A Moment's Peace is considerate, thoughtful, and caring. They helped to make my appointment possible! Much thanks be to you all.

Wonderful people at the front and in back. The spa is always clean and welcoming. Amazing services. We drive from far away to use this Spa multiple times a year for both my husband and I.

Had some complaints after having a spa day with facial, massage, mani and Pedi and the manager contacted me soon after to rectify it.

PSA to anyone short on time but does not want to skimp on a first class facial, the HydraFacial is a must try! My service only took 40 minutes, but Mary gave me the best facial of my life. The technology was new to me, but she talked me through every step. Felt amazing and made my skin glow like never before. Highly recommend!  I had such a fantastic experience at A Moment's Peace that when I arrived home, my husband booked the same service for himself.

Rachel McArthur was my aesthetician.  It was the best facial I’ve ever had at A Moment’s Peace, or any other day spa. She did an excellent job…I could really see the results.  Very nice, too!

I purchased a 1 hour massage for my wife for Valentine’s Day. I paid online and the receptionist ask my wife to pay again. Until another receptionists discovered the payment my wife began the process. Before this took place my wife was asked 4 times to move from her chair in the waiting process to fill water for the picture waterfall in the waiting room. My wife only received a 50 min massage. This may sound petty but ultimately I paid for 60min. Prep for opening should have been done before hand. This is a special day that I attempted to be special but it was below average. The message was good.

Staff are so friendly. Massage therapist Mary is absolutely the best. I love being around others talkers since I am the same way. Mary is very well knowledgeable on what she does.

Lizbeth Morel did an amazing job with my hair! Very sweet and I had an amazing time talking with her — I would 10/10 suggest to get your hair done by her!
