Trombley Tire & Auto

I used to come to this place all the time. I have had several issues when it comes to my vehicles as well as the vehicles of my other Family Members. I wanted these people to fix these problems for me. I was indeed shocked, and stunned as to what I was met with, and I want Trombley to know that I will NEVER EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! Be a Customer of these shameful, and very horrible people. I have spent a lot of money on vehicles with these people, and sadly the problems came back again and again. I had this once experience with two employees of this business and I want everyone to know what they did to me that was so horrible. I brought a vehicle into this place to get it fixed up it was an older vehicle and I wanted these people to do the work. I thought at the end of the day, I could trust these people after all I have been coming here for years. So, I phoned the got the vehicle towed to them and sadly they never did NOT ONE THING TO THIS VEHICLE. NO SIR! They did not. It sat outside their shop for days, weeks, and months. Hoping they were getting to the route of what the problem was. Never did they ever lift a finger to tell me what was wrong. How rotten of them, horrible, and this vehicle was under a deadline. It had to be done and I told them that. They agreed that's why I brought the vehicle to them. I had a telephone call, where I spoke with Casey, Casey went on to tell me this surprise for my Father the vehicle indeed had a broken, rotten frame, and it would be useless to fix the vehicle. I asked him if he was sure, he said well maybe it was. MAYBE? WHAT YOU MEAN MAYBE? You just told me not more than a second ago the vehicle had a broken frame? Then come to find out, they never looked at it. I find their conduct, rude, alarming, disrespectful and horrible. Casey only cares about money, and not about how you are, and what your going through or what your goals are. I find that very very shameful, and I thought I could trust this man, but he lied to me. So it's not a good feeling in knowing that you wanted a vehicle fixed and these people let me down. I find it horrible to say the least. I will never call them, or ask them to fix anyone of my vehicles ever again. NEVER! Then I had another phone call with some dude by the name of Allen. He went on to tell me that this vehicle for my Father was gonna need a whole lot of money poured into this vehicle. I asked him what was wrong with it, and he gave me a laundry list of what was wrong with it. He said it would need $5,000 - $6,000 dollars worth of work as well. He too lied to me as well. He told me things that were wrong with it, I didn't even need fixed. I think their conduct is horrible, reckless, and dangerous. They should be ashamed of themselves. I wanted them to do the work, and all they wanted to do was take advantage of me, and my situation. I shared with them I got a blessing and they wanted to be complete nasty about everything. I have taken this as a lesson learned. I think they should be ashamed of themselves..... I have four other vehicles that I need fixed, but I would not dare trust these people not ever again. They have lied to me so much..... I drive Tractor Trailer and when I take a vehicle to them and they tell me something. I want to know I can trust them, when all they do is lie to me. It is a horrible feeling to say the least. They have lost a tremendously good Customer, who did a very good giving them the business and for what? Only to be let down? Lied to? I think that is horrible. Shameful! And Wrong. I don't trust these people, and neither should you. If they look at your vehicle, and they give you a laundry list of what is wrong with it. Before allowing them to complete the work, I would first request a second opinion from someone else who's motive is not to take advantage of a situation. They do stuff to vehicles that the vehicles do not need, and they pad the bill always. Shameful, Wrong, And Liars. Daniel.
