I have now purchased two trucks for my construction company from Friendly. My salesman John was anything but pushy, really down to earth and honest. My experience choosing a truck was stress free and surprisingly enjoyable. I took a chance coming here, as it is an hour and forty five minute drive for me. Worth every bit of it! You will not find a better selection of quality trucks, nor a better sales person. Today I brought my Ram 2500 diesel in with electrical issues, almost a month after purchasing it. The repair was not covered by the warranty, without missing a beat, upper management and the amazing service department took care of the issue and made it right with me, 100% satisfied. What started as a stressful and potentially expensive situation, was quickly turned into a taken care of non issue. I chatted with my sales person while my truck was repaired, and as I type this they are even washing my truck for the drive back to work! Shop anywhere else and you are missing out! I will always take my business and send my friends and family to Friendly Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!

A huge shout out to Rodney and Viktoria for turning a devastating experience around. After buying an older used Nissan Frontier 4x4 from Friendly last year that met an untimely demise from an unruly timing chain, Rodney got us through a situation we didn't see a way through. Still owing nearly $7k on our loan and not able to pay much more than the we already were, they worked their magic and got me in a 2012 Ford Escape AWD that we didn't think we could possibly afford. From your hospitality to the favors we know you called in.... we thank you immensely! We will sing your praises proudly and consider you friends.

I have bought 6 vehicles wonderful sales people and the service too. They will go above and beyond. I drive over an hour here and will not go any place else. I have tried others not as good as here. Rodney Cole is my salesman I highly recommend.
