We were 4 adults and 2 infants that went for lunch. The restaurant is very clean and fancy. The staff was friendly and our server, Rachel, was great! She was very accommodating with our babies and she was extremely pleasant and polite. To top things off, the food and wine were delicious! We will definitely be back.
We did a tour and dinner at Trius and highly recommend both. Trius has done a great job of creating engaging spaces for their tour that teach you about their wine and process. We especially loved the rose tower and sparkling house. Our tour guide - Karen - was so knowledgeable and friendly - she really made our experience wonderful. The dinner was equally great. They have lovely indoor and outdoor dining areas and the service was top notch - attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. The food was superb and they were easily able to accommodate most items to be gluten free. The server knew exactly what the adjustments would be and the results didn’t make me feel like I was missing out. Highly recommend it for anyone with food allergies and anyone who loves quality food.
Beautiful winery and restaurant. Went with my family and what a surprised. The menu is seasonal with fresh products and beautiful curated. The staff was amazing! You have 2 options, full menu or half, portions are good more on the small size for some. I had the half and was perfect.
I usually have a few wine tastings here each year… Yes it’s so fun to go with the girls. They offer great photo opportunities. Of course the wine is great and the food is excellent. I always seem to leave with something from the shop as well. Bought this awesome bowl to chill my bubbles and most recently this hat
I would love to give this 5 stars because the restaurant deserves 6 stars. However, the tour was less than I expected since I had done it before with work. As I had hyped it up to my wife our expectations were high. The tour guide seemed to rush our experience especially the sabering of the sparkling wine. That was done so quickly that almost no one was able to capture it on video. She didn't describe it until after as she was pouring. She allowed time for photos but the guided tour seemed to suffer. The restaurant was an amazing dining experience. the food was amazing and the menu changes often. My wife and I were celebrating her birthday and we were blown away with the service and the presentation of the food. Every dish was superb and the wine pairings were perfect.
Great place to go for a meal and wine pairing. The dishes were beautifully plated and each dish has it's own wine pairing option. The patio opens to a nice courtyard and faces towards the rows of grapes for a nice atmosphere. There are a lot of people running around snapping pictures for their instagram rather than enjoying the food and drink but I enjoyed the experience and plan to return.
Came here for Taste of the Seasons and I loved it! It has great wine a great aesthetics. It feels more modern compared to some of the boutique wineries in the area. I loved the wine and food pairings. Also a cute spot for some good Instagram photos. I highly recommend!
Wonderful! My son did the wine experience tour and loved it. I ate at the restaurant with my husband and my son joined later. The food was outstanding. Everything was delicious and well cooked. Not too salty. Just right. The grounds were pretty and everything was just lovely.
I hate posting negative reviews, but people need to know what they are signing up for prior to visiting the restaurant. It’s an expensive, not worth it, money grab. You leave hungry and sad. The menu is limiting, bite-sized, confusing options. I get they are trying to mimic the 5-star vibe but this isn’t the way. I don’t know what crowd they cater to, but it’s unrealistic. The wines are sold separately, incredibly overpriced. Go to your local LCBO and get the whole bottle cheaper than a glass that’s sold here. If you want to sip wines and enjoy yourself, sign up for the tasting tour, you’ll be more satisfied. Will not come here again. This restaurant has ruined the entire winery for me.
Went for the Trius Tour with my sisters and had a great time. The rest of the group didn't show up in time, so we ended up on a private tour with our guide Barry. He was so wonderful and knowledgeable - and made the tour fun. Highly recommend Barry.If you visit Trius - def do this tour with the beautiful backdrops.
