Triple-O's

Milkshakes were delicious! But the food this time around was not as good quality as we were anticipating. The servings were small and the fries didn’t seem that fresh. The staff were friendly and the place was tidy.

I'm not sure why but consistently it's taken more than 10 minutes to get our order through the drive thru lately... it seems like the staff either don't know what they are doing or don't have their priorities straight. They are slow in putting orders together or they go clean the tables in the restaurant. And then when it's taken so long, the staff don't even acknowledge the issue. Also, we ask for no tomatoes every time and every time, we get tomatoes... how hard is it to leave off a topping? If it wasn't so expensive, I wouldnt care... but when you pay top dollar for food, you expect a little better service...

First time here and they just rebranding entire store so it was unfortunate not able to see the previous one as people said it was retro style restaurant. The taste of the burgers still the same according to my guy and it is the best burgers specifically chicken burgers than other franchises.Recommended dishesGarlic Parmesan Fries

Ok here's my 2 cents .. we stopped in here for the first time today . I was immediately shocked by the prices almost 30 bucks for two meals ! but after eating I understand why . The quality of the food was very good . the pickle was tasty and large . The burger tasted grilled nicely . The tomato tasted sweet and fresh. The fries were thick cut and very good . I dont think I could afford to eat here often but was a nice treat .

They always have great burgers. A diner atmosphere with golden oldies playing on the sound system. The prices are high, especially with the combo adding $5 to the price. They are worth it imo.Food: 5/5

I work for doordash everytime I go in the get a order I want to buy something to eat .the atmosphere there is great as well I love the music it reminds me of the old days .so I would like to give them a 10 instead of a five .O⁠_⁠o:⁠-⁠OO⁠_⁠o

I'm a every day customer, i go there literally everyday. Today i went there around 7pm and ordered my food, the person who took my order was collecting garbage and then she without washing her hands picked up my food and gave it to me, and stared at me leaving, after checking my food I entered again and coz it wasn't complete order and she sighed when i went back to the front desk.

The drive thru lane is immediately adjacent to the garbage enclosure which was filthy and smelly. We lost our appetite and backed out !

Used to be great. Absolutely horrible now. Ordered two burgers in the drive thru in the evening when the restaurant was empty and nobody else in the drive thru. Was asked to pull around front. Waited just over 15 minutes until I went inside to find out what was going on. Three or four staff members inside. Got my order and left. Cold soggy burgers for $12 each? No thank you.

Rip off! Our meals were so expensive and when we got home we found hardly any fries in both meals. Don’t be so cheap!!
