Triple O's

I eat here usually a few days a month as it's close to my work. I always have the same meal, but it's consistently really good and always served with a smile. Customer service is top notch and prices are similar to other fast food joints. My favorite burger place in Kelowna.

Stopped by Tuesday night for a burger after seeing Avatar. The burger and onion rings were fresh and delicious. The 2 staff working were so friendly and kind. Thanks for taking care of all the hungry movie goers!

Always love coming here. This is not your typical fast food burger. Large servings and quality ingredients. Their BBQ bacon burger and the chipotle BBQ melt burgers are fabulous.Food: 5/5

Food was good, milkshakes were a bit thin not nearly as thick as they used to be. Staff have to focus on customers and stop talking amongst themselves, buy the time I got shakes chicken tenders were cold all because they were talking to each other rather than serving us.

Vey disappointed. Been wanting to try since moving here and finally “treated” ourselves. Meat dry, burgers poorly assembled and falling apart, fries goopy. Wendy’s is far better and costs less. No wonder no line at drive thru…

Great higher quality fast food restaurant. Lots of seating and very clean. Service was fast. Ordered Spicy Chicken Burger, fries and a chocolate shake. Fries are really delicious, Not greasy and look like home cut. Burger was juicy and just the right amount of spice. Would definitely recommend trying.

We love triple O's and frequent the stores when travelling. This was our first time in the local Mcurdy location. The place is cute and clean and the line moves easily. The burgers were fantastic as always. The fries we not great, they were undercooked and nobody finished them. Our other complaint was the service. The girl at the counter looked miserable. She got our order correct and "did the job" but wasn't friendly or happy. Even my 6 year old commented "she's not very happy".

honestly used to be super good.. the last few times i have gotten breakfast picked up in person the hash brown is a triple fried brick.. tastes like it was left in the fryer for a day then served up.. so gross.

Definitely not the same. It was edible but had to source my utensils as none in the bag. The excessive sauce on burgers leave them soggy and gross to hold. Not thrilled on the price.
