I go here every other week after work with my bf. I usually show up around 11:20, fries are always fresh and everything tastes great! Also, whatever dude works the drive thru in the evenings, is hilarious and very nice !

Always fresh. You know how sometimes you get stale fries at McDonald's? That doesn't happen here! Nice people to interact with also.

Great A&W Beyond burger in a lettuce wrap, super fresh and tasty! Have had Beyond burgers at non-A&W locations and are just ok. There is magic in what they do to put their version together. Well done

These guys were friendly, fast and despite it being free root beer day- they handled the extra volume of customers very well. And it was reasonably clean:

Food is excellent, customer service could be amped up a little, but people aren't friendly these days towards customer service employees.

The open time until 12pm is not true. After 10pm they only take order by drive through and the customer have to be in a car. I arrived Kelowna after 10 hours airplane and I try to get food there. They let me wait half an hour until they tell me they don't take order from me because I'm not in a car. Really bad experience.
