Eva has helped me twice in a very short time and i could not be more pleased. First she sent me on a cruise and now she’s arranged a Cuba beach vacation. She is thorough and knowledgeable, plus she saved my bacon when I forgot my cruise documents. I’m a very happy camper and look forward to many more trips with Eva’s able assistance. Plus: Eva is super nice and helpful.

We booked our Jamaica vacation with Helen for February 2018. Helen was amazing helping us plan our trip. I will definitely recommend her and Trip Central to our family and friends for any of their future vacation plans.

We were looking to book our destination wedding with these folks.... After a month of going back and forth with a rep at this location covering for another rep at the Barrie location we were completely dropped off. We told Jessica what we wanted, when we wanted to meet, our budget... Everything. She was emailing us back and forth and then nothing.... We got an email from Wendy at the Barrie location who Jessica was covering for asking if we still needed assistance... I thought we were waiting for contract offers but it turns out nothing was actually happening with our file. We went to Expedia, had to open an entirely new inquiry which has set us back a month. Which means our guests have less time to save, I have less time coordinating a wedding and now I may be stuck with a date I don't want. What happened with all this? No apologies for our wasted time, or how uncoordinated they were. Not a single form of communication back to us. What piss poor service from supposed "wedding experts". I hope you don't ruin other brides experiences like mine has been.

Amanda Griffith, was an excellent Vacation Expert. She considered our needs as she planned our vacation. Every suggestion she made was excellent, as she considered our budget, time, personal likes. I would definitely work with Amanda again for our future vacations.

Tried to book a vacation package at the very last minute The package was not even showing up as available But Jessica made it happen Very happy with the service!
