Sent an inquiry through the website, didn't receive a response. Called their location and got passed twice after explaining everything. I hung up.

I planned my wedding through Handa travel in 2015 and they were very helpful and my agent Ramya was great! She always responded to my inquiries in a timely manner. Then we planned a trip to Cuba for this December and she got us a good deal finding everything we were looking for.

I've seen poor customer service before, but what I encountered at Handa Travel was so extreme that it was almost impressive. It's even more shocking since their customer service is supposedly their main selling point. Getting information out of their agent was like pulling teeth, even for basic questions, and the agent would repeatedly ignore the basic information I provided dates available, price ranges, etc.. It was almost as if the agent was actively attempting to dissuade me from being a customer.

Avoid their agent Subir Paul; he is dishonest, insincere and unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility for his own mistakes, he will lie to your face and mislead you to save his credibility. Take your money elsewhere where they understand decency and professionalism.

Always a great experience with Cherry. You might not like some agents, but I'm sure you will like Cherry.

They just ask for money first then they don't care what happens after. They don't inform about changes flight number and changes departure time. I will never deal with them again . I will go to another agency.
