Love this place! I am an experienced personal trainer and after trying many physio clinics over the years, I now recommend Trinity exclusively to all my clients. The staff has always been great and my clients are always impressed with how much the physios care about their patients. I have had a few of my own injures treated here and they have always gone the extra mile. I especially appreciate the programs and videos they send as follow up when required. This is invaluable to me and my clients. Thanks Trinity Physio for all your help!
I have been seeing Andy, physiotherapist, for several months. Andy has been very patient and supportive when I felt discouraged by the pace of improvement in my knees. He is a good listener. He answers questions very clearly sometimes with a summary of evidence he's researched. I have found him to be very knowledgeable and professional in his treatment and prescription of exercises. I needed help between appointments a couple of times and he responded by email quickly and in a helpful manner. When unrelated issues have interfered with my exercise regime or generally, he has been compassionate and helpful. The clinic is a large bright space with private treatment rooms. The receptionists are welcoming, friendly and helpful. I am grateful, as an older client, that the clinic has maintained their COVID protocols despite the general relaxation of them.
I truly enjoyed the massage sessions I have had at Trinity, and have been booking all my sessions with Hugo. He truly understands the problem areas that pregnant women suffer with and worked out the knots in my back, helping me to instantly feel lighter. I also enjoy the clean and tidy environment/equipment the facility provides. I tried several other facilities as well, but only Trinity provides a body positioning pregnancy cushion that allows pregnant women to lay face down. This is a key factor that enabled the masseur to conduct a deep tissue massage. Overall, I am truly impressed with the professionalism and environment.
Brian Kim has been treating my pinched nerve and back issues for the past 2 months and I find him to be very attentive and knowledgeable. I am feeling better every week and progressing along nicely with my rehab. I am very happy with the care I have received from Brian and the rest of the team at Trinity. Highly recommend Trinity. Fred
Let’s be honest most of us have back pain especially lower/lumbar back pain. I’m 34 and have an amazing family I strive to keep up with. So it’s very important for me to look after myself and keep up my preventative maintenance. I decided to research my area and found Trinity physio and my search paid off when I found my physio therapist Mary. Mary has been amazing after two sessions she has been informative and thorough, I look forward to every appointment moving forward and gaining knowledge, relief, and progress in a new me. Please don’t wait any longer, get your appointments booked and let her and the rest of the team at Trinity help you be the best version of you with less pain and more mobility.
Nicole is knowledgeable, respectful and performance-focused. Nicole has a rich understanding of how the body works and wants you to reach your health goals. She gave me some great stretches to try to work on some muscle tightness and I was so appreciative of the way she took a thorough history before getting started as a diabetic it made me feel so safe to know she understood my condition and asked if I had snacks close by. I felt amazing afterward with a lot more mobility and energy than when I walked in. Highly recommend!
I am very appreciative of how I was treated by Stephen and the rest of the team at Trinity Physiotherapy. I arrived in Burnaby in early-mid 2020 just after the pandemic began. I have lived for years with chronic pain so it was important to me that I would find a physiotherapist who would take the time to understand my condition and treat me effectively. Stephen was fantastic! He took the initiative to contact my previous physiotherapist for a case history and he always took the time required while treating me with IMS and Manual Therapy and assigning physical exercises in order to help me to manage and control my pain. Thank you so much Stephen! I would 100% recommend this Clinic to anybody. I've moved to another city and hope to be so lucky once again.
I am truly grateful for the care I received, from the Trinity Physio Team, these past 9 month for my lower back injury. Thanks to Andy physiotherapist and Harry kinesiologist, my back is now fully recovered, stronger and in better condition than it was before my injury! Andy and Harry are very knowledgeable and their professionalism, concern, patience and friendliness really stand out. After each session, with Andy and Harry, I felt restored and energized. To the lovely Reception Team: Danica, Kaylie, Stephanie - Thank you for your friendly greetings each time I arrived for appointments! My experience with the Trinity Physio Team has been a wonderful and positive journey! The Team, their warmth and the enjoyable/memorable conversations, with them, will be missed.
Mary is very kind and caring. She takes an active interest in her patients, and always gives 100%. She is very proficient and offers solutions that lead to success. She is the best physiotherapist that I have ever had. So grateful and thankful that Mary is helping me with my wellness journey. I always feel better after a session with Mary. Thank you Mary and Danica for being awesome and truly compassionate and dedicated.
Brian is an amazing physiotherapist! I have been seeing him for a few months now and he's been great, helping me with my rehab. Brian is very attentive and knowledgable. I've worked with several physios since my car accident, but Brian is one of the best I've worked with so far. The clinic itself is very clean, everyone there is so nice. Trinity is a definitely one of the top physio clinics in Brentwood!
