I always go here first for anything tech-related. Excellent and intelligent customer service plus they are even willing to painlessly negotiate prices. Do not let their small interior store size fool you, they have a large selection available, just not all of it is in sight. I encourage you to ask the desk what you are looking for and they will be more than helpful in bringing out the best options. They also provide genuine recommendations based on honest opinions rather than a scripted response.
They were amazing to me! We thought I needed new parts to fix my phone camera, so we ordered them in and I paid ahead of time. Then when they went to do the repair they found that I didn't actually need the new parts. So they fixed the problem and then refunded me for the prepaid parts! I would have never known otherwise, yet they we're honorable and gave me my money back. Excellent customer service :
Helpful staff more than willing to answer questions and help you figure out what exactly you need. Also swift at processing online orders, especially for items hard to find elsewhere.
Great customer experience! A carrier shipped my product to them by mistake and Triniti founda way to contact me and give me my product. They also rush to answer the phone and provide helpful advice. On my last order, their provider has an issue with their system but Triniti found a creative way to save me time and money.
I've been buying gaming computer parts there and am very happy with the service and pricing is just as good as lower mainland computer stores or Amazon pricing. The staff is really good and if you have to return anything I've had zero issues so far.

Will never go back. Dropped off my daughters iPad for a screen replacement. Charged $240 when quoted $220 over the phone. Whatever, $20 isn’t that big of a deal. Had iPad for somewhere over a month when I noticed half the screen was not responding to touch. Took it back in. Picked it up, screen worked. While we were on vacation a few weeks later I noticed the screen was clicking, the whole right side had come unglued. Called them up and they said they would look at it. 7 weeks later, after multiple phone calls that I had to leave messages for, no one ever called me back also sent an email, also which was not replied to. Finally I called again, I was told to call back a week later. Angrily enough, I hung up and called back the next week. Only to be informed they could not actually fix it. I could either take a credit towards a new one, or they would give me a partial refund. Worst possible customer service I have received in years! If you can’t fix something. That’s not the customers fault. Call them and inform them. Don’t ignore their calls and then screw them out of money. I paid for a part to be installed. You couldn’t install it. That’s not the customers fault.
Friendly staff and great service. Had a problem with my gaming PC and thought it was over for it. Took it in, and less than 2 weeks later it was perfectly working again. Highly recommend
Absolutely love this store. They constantly go above and beyond for me. Weather it be the best accessory for my product or fixing my smart device. If they don’t have it, they order it in for you. So grateful to have a store like this!
Recently at this store, I enjoyed exceptional customer service, which can be rare in Whitehorse. I had a few issues with my Android phone and Mark Pulido took the time to help me solve all of them. I will certainly return to this store. Thanks Mark, Kudos to you!!
