They wont accept visa as payment. They cancel the deal no interest no payment if you pay your bill in advance. you have to pay monthly not in advance regardless or they cancel the deal early and charge double the payment you would have. You can get trapped in their fine print and be stuck paying off their card for years if not careful. Furniture is cheap my couch had to be repaired 3x from new and each time it came back they broke something else. horrible store.

Horriable service bought stainless steel fridge there specifically told the salesman want the door to be on right side only to get the fridge in over month later and was in left side called him to discuss matter and he just lied saying we asked if was reversable if thinking buying expensive appliances the brick isn t recommend

One of the guys at the Brick in Whitehorse: I was there with my 3 year old child who was abit hyper at the time, but that worker could have asked him to stay off the beds nicely, instead of yelling at him to get off the bed and swinging his arms in the air at me like he was annoyed or pissed off at me or something. I thought that was pretty rude. I shop online for furniture from The Brick since that same worker (dont know his name) seems to have a pissed off look on him whenever i see him there. Maybe a "hello" or a smile would have been nice. But that's just my experience. Other than that, the furniture is nice.

I find the salesman to be very "sleazy". Tried to sell my friend a floor model T.V. without informing her it was a floor model.
