Had a nice visit at Trini to D Bone, it was our first visit but definitely not our last. I haven't had a roti this good since being back in Scarborough. The staff were amazing to talk to and they were very nice. A cozy restaurant serving some great food that doesn't make you wait too long to dig in. If you are going for doubles, they are only served on the weekends as they are in high demand, so much so, it's better to call ahead and place and order so you don't miss out. So happy we can get delicious food like this on the island. With way too many fast food places on the island, this place is a stand alone gem.
Nice, small Trinidadian restaurant. Service was good. Food was decent. A bit pricy but food is expensive these days.Food: 4/5
First time coming here, love it! Had the chicken curry roti. Ordered medium spicy but got extra hot sauce on the side and glad I did. Now my mouth is burning in the best possible way. Mostly chicken, potatoes and some chickpeas. So nice to have trins roti in Victoria.
Been wanting to check this spot out since I spotted it walking by, finally got dinner here a couple of times, and super glad to have finally made it in! The roti is delicious, I've now had the shrimp, pork and roast beef, all were amazing but the pork would have to be my fav so far. This is going to be a regular spot for my boyfriend and I!
My husband was recommended Trini to D Bone by his barber and it was so good! I got the chicken roti and he got the curried goat and it was great. Small little place where they make each dish to order and it took maybe 7 minutes to get our food. Everything came out hot and we’ll definitely be back
I received a recommendation from a local and decided to check this place out and boy was I ever glad that I did! The food is authentic Trinidadian fair, wow the Roti was fantastic and flavourful and tasty with rich curry potatoes and ample chicken I asked for mine extra spicy and it was very good! I highly recommend trying this place out! It’s family owned and operated and everything is lovingly prepared fresh! On Saturday get there early and try the Hot Doubles but they sell out fast!!!
This is comfort food and so delicious! I almost don’t want people to know about it so it doesn’t get too busy, but omg, so good!! When moving from Toronto, I wasn’t sure I’d find some of my favourites here, and this hits the spot every time!
The Best Curry Goat in Victoria Canada! A customer can choose mild, medium, and hot with the level of spicy. The serving comes with their delicious mashed potatoes and roti! The manager Jeff is very nice and entertaining. Authentic Caribbean Food right here folks! A must try!
The caribbean cuisine is hearty & slightly spiced just inform burn level upon ordering. Arrived for Friday lunch & special for the day including Sat. was the mutton curry at $16.00 Average portions served cones with mashed potatoes, chunks of mutton & a good slice of roti. Unfortunately they don't offer a rice menu. Also on menu board noticed for protiens no beef is served. Apparently owners follows the hindu faith. Btw location is at Burnside W & Rolston Crescent.
Just moved to Victoria and very happy to find this restaurant just down the road from me. The chicken roti was amazing. Will definitely be eating here regularly.Food: 5/5
