My husband and I were looking to purchase our first home in Guelph, and Chris Rogers was everything we were looking for in a realtor (and more!)! We had heard horror stories from our friends who got into bidding wars over houses, getting turned down, not being able to put in conditions, etc and were really apprehensive about a pushy realtor who would be looking to make a sale vs. helping us- the buyers- through the process. Chris was great! He made us feel at ease right away, even offered to show us around to some other houses so we would have a comparison point. His previous experience as a contractor was really helpful in us finally choosing to purchase our home- as he was able to give us a realistic idea of the challenges the house might present financially for repairs and upgrades. When it came time to putting together the offer Chris walked us through it patiently and took the time to explain to us why we were doing things a certain way. To this day we say how lucky we are to have landed the house we did- and we owe it all to Chris! Thank you! :)

My husband and I are currently looking for a home with Tracey Morrow from Trillium West. Tracey has made the process so easy and stress free. We are very impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and authenticity. We’ve never felt rushed or pressured while working with her and we find her very easy to talk to and approach with questions. Everyone at Trillium has been so warm, kind and genuine each time we’ve visited. Trilium has also been extremely generous in allowing a women’s group I’m involved in use their boardroom space for meetings. I would recommend this brokerage and especially Tracey to anyone and I will continue to work with them on our search and in the future.

Myra Smith from TrilliumWest has been a godsend. I had been nervous about purchasing a new home and I have to say I haven't felt so comfortable and so assured with an agent. I had such a great experience working with Janice Marshall. I thought finding a house would be difficult but Janice made the process quick and enjoyable. Her knowledge of the Guelph area and her ability to show us homes that fit my family’s needs were appreciated, she didn't waste time and was more than willing to accommodate my hectic schedule and do showings promptly and at any time of the day or night.
