When my wife and I decided to move into our second home, with our infant and 2 dogs we thought we were ready and understood all the challenges and expectations that lay ahead. We weren't. Selling a home and buying a home are very different creatures. Luckily we had our first class Home Group team behind us. Christianne and Terra were prepared, professional and on point throughout the entire process. No ask was to big or too small for them to tackle, so we could focus on keeping our day to day life as normal as possible for our six month old daughter. Chris and Terra come as advertised, they out research, out work and are true advocates for their clients.

I had the distinct honor and privilege of working with Jennifer Lovsin of at home group reality. Jennifer made a very difficult time in my life easier walk me through every step and not only assisted with the selling of my house with all of my personal matters but assisted me in finding the perfect new house for me and my children. In dealing with the office and booking walkthroughs and appointments was seamless the whole team worked with me and Jennifer went above and beyond. I would recommend at home Group Realty to anyone and everyone for all of your real estate needs!

Amazing experience! Here's what my husband had to say: As first-time home buyers, we had a wonderful experience with our realtors, Jess and Scott Poland, of At Home Group Realty, Inc. They came via strong referral to us from my sister, who also used them to buy their first home and had a terrific experience. Through a challenging process of viewing homes over several months in a hot market, and coaching us through several (unsuccessful) bidding wars, we always felt like we were their only clients. They were always available to work around our crazy work schedules, often able to meet the same day. At one point, we ended up firing our mortgage broker upon learning that she had totally dropped the ball, and Jess had a new broker lined up for us within hours! Our new broker was awesome! We were also working on a tight timeline through our home-buying process, as my wife Marta was pregnant, and we needed to be in our new home before the baby arrived. Jess and Scott took it upon themselves to contact home owners personally in a community we desired to live in, explaining that they had qualified buyers who would be interested in buying in that area. It was through this process that we eventually found our home! Jess and Scott went far above and beyond the call of duty, regardless of the fact we were buying a starter home. They made us feel like valued clients, and we will definitely be using their services in the future when it’s time to upgrade for our growing family!
