Very happy with our Trillium Ford experience. Doug was the best to work with to purchase the vehicle and always willing to help out - even drove to our house with slim jim when we locked our keys inside and were in a bind, going above and beyond. Linda in service is always great at accommodating my husband's busy work schedule (we purchased a work truck) and squeezing us in. Thanks!!

Took my truck into another dealer and was told that someone had started a "tsb" (technical service builtin) and they never finished it.... so they were going to finish it.... picked up the truck a few days later and had the same problem... went to Trillium Ford and got the same answer as the first dealer....someone started the tsb and never finished it.... they ordered a whole new kit and completed the repair... thankfully the truck now works perfectly! Thank you Paul at Trillium Ford!
