Was involved in an accident on Sunday...hit by another driver...she got service from her insurance...Intact in 10 mins...while I stayed on hold for 30 minutes without getting anyone...tried calling again 3 times....so make sure to have your accident during their business hours otherwise you are screwed!! Not impressed!
