We recently built a new home with Trico. I want to take a few moments to send a big shout out and thank you to Erica who was a total pleasure to get to know and work with throughout our home buying process. She provided exceptional attention and service by accommodating our tight schedule, sending us pictures and updates, and taking the time to answer all our questions. She made our experience fun and exciting and provided sufficient suggestions and advice to help us build our dream home. We moved in a couple month ago, and we are so far very happy and satisfied with the high quality of the service and finishing. I highly recommend building a new house with Trico!
Building a home with Trico Homes has been a great experience so far. I love that Trico has preview nights at their design studio which allowed us to figure out our interior selections ahead of time. Erica has also been extremely helpful throughout our entire home building process. She is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience in what she does. She is always eager to answer our questions and she really tries to understand what our needs are so that it's customized accordingly in our home.Service: Home building
My clients and I were pretty impressed with Sam during our initial meeting with him and we decided to move forward with Trico. We are very impressed with all the options they had to offer. Their work is phenomenal and their communication is class-leading. Sam was able to answer all our questions and concerns. He was quick to answer text, email or phone calls. I would encourage anyone looking to build their new home with Trico and I highly recommend meeting Sam because you ll likely instantly feel comfortable with him.
My experience with Trico Homes is great. They are very responsive and almost everyone in their staff is always ready to help. I worked with Kyle from their sales and he is an amazing person, always available and quick response. Further I took appointment with their Design Center representative - Albert. I was amazed with her work as well. She gave us multiple sessions to choose the best color combination for the home. We did Design center remotely being in Ontario, still did not face any challange working with them. I am just waiting to get the home and moved, I am pretty sure that the quality and build of home will be amazing. One more thing, I was not expecting insurance to be available for initial things, however, Trico homes gave an Insurance that covers upto 10 year for some of the stuff, some have 2 or 5 years of insurance. Overall my journey with them was amazing.
