We purchased in the Loop in Evanston, this was our first home purchase. Jared and the entire sales team were great to work with and made the process very easy. We’ve been very happy with our new home, it was delivered on time and everything was perfect. Since possession we noticed a couple very minor issues which were rectified quickly without question. Streetside has been a pleasure to work with and we’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home that they’ll love!
Our experience with Streetside Developments has been absolutely amazing! This was our first time purchasing a home and we didn't exactly know what we were looking for or what we were getting ourselves into. We have had nothing but positive experiences with the people we have interacted with. They were always prompt in replying to emails, very helpful with any questions we had, and if they didn't know the answer they would point us to someone who did. They always went over and above for us, were very personable and made our first house purchase experience really positive! Thank you!
We purchased our Condo two years after it was built. We are the second owners and the first owners in the complex to purchase from a previous owner and not the builder directly. Working with StreetSide has been a pleasure. They have been there to guide me and assist with any little item that we need looked at or adjusted. They made sure that all warranty work was transferred over from the previous owners. Debbie has been amazing to contact and work with! Customer Service is her top priority and she makes sure that the people she sends or has recommended are also of the highest integrity.
I purchased my home in Feb 2020 and I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth and seamless the process was with StreetSide Developments! As a new homeowner I had numerous questions during the process and Zoey was fantastic at responding back in clear and concise manner! Her friendly nature and quick responses certainly added to my positive experience! I would highly recommend StreetSide to anyone considering to buy a new home :
