It was a real bad experience. I went to this clinic for my hair fall problem. Firstly, I had to wait for about 45 minutes at the clinic. Then the doctor said that it is genetic and there is no solution for it, and gave prescription of a tablet and said it will most probably might not work but still I can try. And later after many days, I received a bill of considerably huge amount. I am absolutely disappointed with the bill of that amount for a consultation of only 5 minutes. I would never go this clinic again.

My husband visited this facility six times. He saw six different residents - yes, a new one each time. At the end of the six weeks his conditions was so much worse than the when he first went. They had absolutely no idea what the problem was. He ended up going to another dermatologist and after just ONE visit he was almost completely well. I would say ask for a referral to another practice. They were always nice and seemed to be very concerned, but how can you treat someone when each visit is first time seeing them. You never get a baseline to compare anything.

Unlike other reviewers, I had no issue with the length of my wait for my appointments at this office, nor did I see multiple residents. The cleanliness, or lack thereof, did not affect me. My issue is with payment of my balance. First of all, they failed to bill my secondary insurance, which would have eliminated a balance altogether. I spoke to one of their representatives on the phone regarding this, then decided to pay the small balance myself rather than argue with them about secondary insurance. I offered to make a payment then with my credit card and was told that they only accept payments of that type in person in the office (ridiculous practice). Like a good chunk of the world I work during their business hours and told them that I was unwilling to take time off work to do something most practices allow me to do over the phone. I provided the exact date of my next pre-scheduled day off as the date that I would come to the office and make payment in full. When I arrived at the office on that day, their office was closed. My next day off is Black Friday. I guess I will give it another shot then.

BEWARE Deceptive Billing Practices! I had some moles removed, and was told that my procedure was cosmetic/not medically necessary so I would have to pay out of pocket and it would not be billed to my insurance. They did biopsy one of them, so I knew there would be a charge for that. I received a bill a few weeks later that included an Office Visit Fee (never disclosed to me) but I paid it because it wasn't worth the fight. Then 6 MONTHS after my procedure I received a bill for the pathology and came to realize the bill I previously paid was NOT for the pathology, but a duplicate charge for the biopsy. I contacted the office and asked for a refund but got nothing.
