They are slow don't call nobody back and don't send out the green sheets out on time i thought we in a our request for money it takes up 3 weeks to send a check out

The agency is very disorganized on all levels. Case workers are mostly burn out and lack compassion towards clients just collecting paychecks. Not returning phone calls. The agency keeps on making excused for poor conduct of the case workers towards the mentally ill. The primary modality is medical which suggests that psychiatric medicinal care are superior to all other modalities. It means that if you are spiritual or religious and praise g_d, you will be regarded as 'religiously preoccupied' and they will consider you unstable. G_d & spirituality are almost a taboo in the agency. Any healing modality that is spiritual by nature will be declined by the medical model practitioners many times. I spoke to many clients and they told me about their experiences. If you suffer from addiction issues you will be most likely treated with more meds to keep you drugged. Again no recognition in other programs that are spiritually based that have recovery value. If it's not meds. it will be regarded as useless by agency staff. If you are under payeeship system -case workers will have control of your expenses which will may times compromise your ability to make your own choices & compromise your freedom of choice, Also many times as you enter their system you will be labelled as psychiatrically Incompetent so any time you get upset or unhappy about issues it;s because your are again -"Incompetent mentally ill person". Literally they will hold your diagnosis above your head as a tool of social control. I know many who attended their treatment but are unable to voice their concern so I do it for them. Standing for the voiceless who can not express themselves in this forum. They are other who are helped however lets not ignore the many others who are unhappy with the treatment they got by the agency.
