I've known Dr Joyce since when I was a little kid. I was just there recently for cleaning and Esther did an excellent job. She taught the proper way of brushing the edges, etc. Honest, and hard working people. Brand new equipment to help identify if there are any abnormalities in the mouth. Very professional. I highly recommend. Thank you.

I have a broken tooth and Dr Joyce initially did perfect filling but unfortunately, got broken in couple of days which she had already stated upfront. However, i am extremely unsatisfied with how my case was handled. 1) My first appointment - i waited for 1 week just to see Dr Joyce and when i reached office, i was told if i can meet another dentist as Dr Joyce was unavailable. I refused and eventually Dr Joyce was called to office. Perfect filling for broken tooth. 2) My second appointment to fix broken filling - Dr Joyce again did not show up and was put up with another dentist. It was really bad and not even close to what Dr Joyce did earlier. I discuss about crown and office was supposed to send quote to my insurance 3) After 2 weeks i realized after follow up with my insurance that office has sent quote for vinear instead of crown by mistake. 4) talked to office and they sent another quote for crown. 5) Insurance takes another 2 weeks and approved only as per industry standards a reduced amount. I talked to a lady on reception and after discussion, she agreed to charge a reduced amount saying they overbilled twice in the quote 6) a day before my appointment, another reception lady calls asking if i received an update from insurance. I was unhappy and explained her situation on what has been agreed. She came back saying charges will be same as original quote and nothing will be reduced. I wasted more than 1.5 months on working with this clinic to just get quote and very unprofessional on how front office handled my case

I would recommend Dr Joyce to all my friends. Highly skilled and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. Her assistants are very professional and courteousl as well. The receptionist is amazing and always very helpful with appointments, invoicing queries, etc. If you need a great dentist or looking for a better experience, Tri City Dental is a great choice!

I've probably known Joyce since 1996. Not only is there a sense of professionalism but there is love and joy in this place. When I go for my appointments with my wife, we drive out of our way because we always feel cared for and respected. Why would we go anywhere else? A huge kudos to Joyce and her staff for a well done job. If I could leave 1,000,000 stars I would. I am a loyal client for the rest of my days! Thank you for treating people..like people!

Very friendly staff. DR. Joyce is truly professional. Dee at reception is such a sweetheart!!!
