Horrible sham of a company that doesn’t value it’s renters well being what so ever. Throughout my year living in one of their properties i was continuously disrespected and ignored when vital issues with the property came up; first a leak in the ceiling of my kitchen that made the kitchen unusable for 3 months. I was continually ignored throughout those 3 months and no one ever fixed it. Then in the middle of winter i went through over a week without any hot water or heat in my unit whatsoever. These people are con artists

Natalia Silva , one of their agents used our services for marketing one of her listings. We send the invoice and we never got paid. When we tried to contact her she always tried to avoid us and she said that she sent a cheque which we never received. We tried to call and text her many times but she does not respond to the emails, phone calls or messages. We called the broker three times and they didn't help at all. The only suggestion that they gave us it is to go to small court.
