After the experience from a competitor, we were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful welcome we received by all the employees as soon as we walked in. We felt welcomed in by our sales lady Nicole Roger. She made the experience a pleasant one without pushing us to buy anything. She took the time to answer our questions and we purchased our first visit because of the way we were treated.

After visiting a few different place, I had a great experience at Trevi Blainville! Chantal Althot, our salesperson listened to our needs, could answer every question we had about three different models. We ended up purchasing our first spa and it was because of the quality of the spas and the amazing customer experience from Chantal.
