I trained at Trenton BJJ for 10 months last year while I worked on the base. The atmosphere and instruction are terrific. Classes are very in depth, and Jay is excellent at pointing out details and catering to individual learning styles. Trenton BJJ is also the least expensive training I have seen for such high-level instruction. $35 a month is amazing for 3 classes per week from such a quality instructor.

This club is one of the absolute best martial arts programs around with a great environment from all participants, teachers and students alike. That being said the instructors are remarkable, training with some of the best in the world and the fact they teach so well ensures that you can be just as good with hard work. If you're looking into taking martial arts for self-defense, recreation or something fun to do Trenton BJJ is the best possible choice for the Quinte Region.

Trenton BJJ definately offers the best instruction in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the area. I came in with over a year of previous experience grappling, and have more or less redefined my ground game based on what I learned there. The group of guys is great, very friendly and positive, and the instruction and attention to detail are second-to-none.

The fantastic instruction and friendly atmosphere found at Trenton BJJ make it the best BJJ club in the area. If your looking to start trainning for the first time or have experience and need a place to train in the quinte area Trenton BJJ is definately your best choice. I have been trainning here for a year and have nothing but positive words for the club, the instructors, and the members.
