I have attended and been a member at about 6 different CrossFit gyms from the Ottawa area, Kingston, Toronto area, and Belleville, due to my work and lifestyle. CrossFit Trent is hands down the best CrossFit box out of all CrossFit boxes that I've been to. The owner, Steph, cares deeply about each individual there, and she takes the time to get to know everyone. She and her staff push you and they are great communicators with phenomenal people skills. She scales the workout according to your fitness level so anyone can participate. The camaraderie and team bonding that they offer there is phenomenal as everyone is positive and encouraging. Most definitely the best fitness facility and people that you could ever ask for.
Great gym, great coaches and a great community makes CrossFit Trent the place to go. The workouts are challenging and can be scaled for beginners at any level of fitness. The coaches are amazing and inspire to helping you reach your fitness goals.
I was staying in thd Trenton area babysitting for my daughter. She is a member at CrossFit Trent. She asked if I could attend a couple of classes while in the area and the team at CrossFit Trent were so welcoming and professional. I highly recommend this gym if you want to be surrounded by positive people and professional staff as well as stay fit! Thanks again Glenda
Excellent coaches who really pay attention to all athletes. They push you to be better and try harder. Positive and encouraging atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for beginners or seasoned crossfitters.
The most amazing place I have discovered since October 2016. The coaches are all friendly and amazing! The classes are varied and easily adjustable to your capabilities.
