I have always been treated with respect from my nurse practitioner and staff. She calls me when there is an issue and sends me for tests and monitors my progress in health. She is the best care that I've had since I was a child. If she was taking on more patients, I would recommend her to everyone.

Worst doctor/practioner in town go somewhere else, he will fill your disability pain management chart out with out you and says its ok so ie he lies on the chart and you never would know because as soon as you call him out on it he freaks out and drops your call. hes a liar and is not a good doctor. Wont ever follow up after your apoitments even if its serious. Dont go to Tremblay or his practioner Armen. And if you have brought your disability papers here and were denied now you know why most likely he filled your chart out with out you and lied, theres no way for him to be able to fill this paper work with out you as theres questions based on how much anxiety you have or have you ever had suicidal thoughts. Aparently he knows all those awnsers for you.

Take into consideration the insane amount of abuse they have had to deal with. Maybe have some empathy to other people. I have been a patient since I was born 25 years ago. I didn't like my original doctor that much, but was still a very amazing doctor's office. I have a new NP that is in the same office who is amazing! The office staff treat me very well and are always welcoming. These reviews from people that said they have poor attitude is probably from people who had a attitude with the staff themselves.

My Nurse practioner is awesome. The staff are great and the atmosphere is better then most docters offices Ive been to. I feel like my NP actually listens to me and helps me instead of blowing my worries off. Def Rrcommend

Cornwall ON. I have been a patient in your clinic for a number of years since Dr. Behar retired. I have called to make appointments, but staff is unable to help, I am 60 yrs and I have questions about my health. I called in late October 2020 and asked to see my new nurse PR. and I was told I couldn't make an appointment. I realize Covid is a factor but I have physical as well as mental issues that I would like to talk about. I cannot go elsewhere because your office would no longer see me. I respect that but when I want to make an appointment, I would like to be seen or called. Don't neglect me because I'm not a critical patient. Please be considerate and compassionate of my/our needs also. Thank you.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tremblay for 20 some years, and he is an amazing doctor! But his staff is very disrespectful. They sound annoyed when taking a call, they argue with the patient, and occasionally hang up the phone if you get on their nerves. I would say unprofessional. It's unfortunate for the doctors to have staff with such poor attitude.

I had been a patient for 19 years and it took a trip to the walk in clinic to be referred to a specialist and be diagnosed with pcos 5 years ago. Now I have another health issue and I spoke to dr tremblay about it a year ago and nothing. I've gone to the hospital and the walk in clinic and still nothing and because I went to the walk in clinic he decided that I no longer need him as a family doctor. I think it's a sad thing when you can't look for help without being booted. I feel terrible for giving a bad review but what choice do I have?

I have been Dr. Tremblay’s patient for 33 years. He explains everything thoroughly, he genuinely cares. I trust him 100% if he doesn’t know what is wrong, he will send you to a specialist.

Would not pee on them if they were on fire. Do not go here. It very well may save your life going elsewhere.
